I don’t know if its still called Sentosa Island cause it looks very big now. With the Integrated Resort coming up and all that casino and theme park, it seems that sentosa is moving closer to Singapore. I think we can now swim across the 2 island if we’re crazy enough. So at the entrance, we already did something stupid, like paying for only 5 ticket when there’s actually 7 of us. No big deal its only $2 per ticket so they won’t loose much, haha.

Our first stop was the amazing luge ride and the skyride. That thing is wicked man, its like better than F1. Its bacically a small car sliding down a hill with tracks, no engines, basic physic. When you’re pushed down a slope, you roll. I didn’t take a picture of it cause no camera was allowed, can you believe it! The Luge and the skyride cost somewhere betwwen $7- $11 but we got a family package of 4 which cost us $28.  So the skyride will take us up the hill where we will then take the luge ride down. Only my 2 brothers and sister took the ride with me, my mom, dad and my older bro took the skyride 2 way, up and down, boring!

While on the skyride, I saw this crazy looking mascot going downhill, didn’t know mascot enjoy rides too.

You can see the cables behind. Its bacically like a bench hooked on the cable and we are sitting in open air. Its awesome, windy and hot!

We had to wear this gay helmet that wouldn’t do much in case of any accident. This is the luge entry point. Get ready for some action!

This is what we call “merlion”. It means Marine Lion. So is it a mammal or a fish? I don’t know. You figure it out. Is it me or does the Merlion look extremely shocked in this picture?

This is just a random post, nothing to do with make money online or payment screenshots. Haha. I found this video on youtube, you guys may have seen this before but I bet you’ll laugh watching it again. This has got to be the funniest Indian comedy ever. Indians will understand it better.

Yesterday was the preview for National Day Parade so our plan was to meet at 4.30pm, go for a movie and then see the firework. Planning is always nice, until you actually do it. So me and my friends end up meeting at like 5.30pm? Reached City Hall MRT at around 6.30pm and went to the movies to check the timing. Oh most of the show starts after 10pm so no way we gonna make it. So we just sit around and finally boom! So it boom boom boom for about 10 mins and that was it.

We were so clever to stand behind a building so only half the fireworks could be seen.

Went back Woodlands feeling half satisfied with what had happen, we decide to stay up late and eat at Al-Amin near Woodgrove. Soon after that we went back.

After a week of deciding whether or not I should start a blog, finally I did. Before this I did start a few blogs and some small website but all didn’t go well. Its either I can’t be bothered to update them, or I’m just to busy doing other things. So let me tell you a bit about myself. My name is Faisal Anwar and I’m located in Singapore and just graduated from Republic Polytechnic with a diploma in New Media. What I basically learn in the past 3 year is to create new platform to convey a message/story, be it in visual form or sound. We also learn videography, advertising, a bit of design and also game concept. A good example of new media is the “Frozen Crowd In Grand Central”. That’s using advertising in a unique way, not those traditional TVC methods.

Through the 3 years in Republic Poly, I’ve been active online trying to make money. Before this, I didn’t have a computer or know what internet is. Since I was interested in media, the first thing that got me started making money online was metacafe.com. Its a video website which reward video creator based on the views we generate. Its called Producer Reward Program. It was good while it lasted, making me close to $2000 with 5 paying videos. Now that they terminated the program, I requested to pull down all my videos. From then on, I experimented other ways of making money online, from Google Adsense to Clickbank and even starting my own mini eBook.

The thing that got me serious in this online business world was the success of my eBook. For some reason, I can’t tell the topic of the eBook I sold. This 16 page eBook brought me $1500 in only 5 days. After this wonderful experience I thought I should get serious and treat this as my part time job. It sounds easy from what I am telling you but really, it took me  3 years to explore what works and what doesn’t. So don’t wish to earn money online the next day. Its about hardwork and trial and error. Right now I am earning well over $2000 every month as an internet marketer.

I hope by creating this blog, I can share with you some tips and trick I used or even motivate you to start making money online. Not only that, I will also share with you my life as an internet marketer, from what I buy, my outings, how wonderful it is to be earning this way, all about my life. Afterall this is a personal blog!
